Preparation Tips for Kishore Vigyan Protsahan Yojana 2022
Preparing for exams at the last minute can be a stressful and frustrating experience and is nearly always an inefficient way to study. Instead, try these KVPY exam preparation tips from experts in the field of education:
Begin by setting some time aside to organize your study space. Make sure you have all of the materials you will need for studying (e.g., books, papers, pens, pencils, calculators, etc.) for these KVPY exams.
If you are using a computer to study online or type papers, make sure you are not distracted by emails or social media sites.
Avoid cramming. Start with the most difficult topics and set aside enough time to review them thoroughly before moving on to less challenging topics. Do not spend more than 25 minutes reviewing any one topic before taking a short break (5-10 minutes) to study another topic. Taking breaks will help you retain information more effectively than spending hours reviewing one topic at a time.
Eat a healthy breakfast and/or snack before an exam. Not only will this help boost your energy levels and concentration abilities; it will also help strengthen your immune system making it easier for you to recover from the stress of studying for exams and taking KVPY tests.
