SSC GENERAL DUTY CONSTABLE in defense jobs

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates must have passed the 10th board exams with 33% in each subject and 45% aggregate.

18 to 23 years.

Indian

Selection Process: 

To be selected in the SSC GD exam, a candidate has to go through 4 stages: Written exam(Computer-Based), Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standard Test, and Medical Test. After qualifying these stages, candidates will be called for document verification.

Salary and Allowances: 

The initial salary of an army GD is around Rs. 21,700/- and can go up to Rs.69,000/-. An SSC GD also gets additional benefits like dearness allowance, house rent allowance, transport allowance, medical facilities, pension scheme, and paid leaves annually.

SSC GD Constables are offered various job posts in security forces. Some of these popular security forces in defense jobs are- BSF CISF, SSB, CRPF, Assam Rifles, and SSF.
